These are the terms and conditions for despatching all our goods. Everything we sell is sent by Royal Mail postal system and our postal charges are at cost plus a small fee for package costs . Within the United Kingdom. If it is sent within the United Kingdom then it will be posted by First class Recorded delivery. If the value of the order is more than £50 then it will be sent by next working day Special Delivery with insurance up to £500. Outside the United Kingdom If it is sent outside the United Kingdom then it will be posted by Royal Mail First class Airmail. It could be posted by International sign-for at extra cost to the purchaser. Royal Mail do not provide any tracking information outside the United Kingdom and once posted there is no way to track any item. Tracking information can be provided by a Courier service but this large cost will be charged to the purchaser and is not recommended unless you do not trust your national postal services. No goods will be posted without cleared payment through PayPal. All parcels have a return address on them and in the event that they are not delivered / collected and are returned to us there will not be a refund of postage and any subsequent posting will be charged extra. |
