It has been designed to accept most coins of the world and is a wonderful way to encourage children to start the habit of savings .

The bottom unscrews to remove the coins which can then be converted to notes and paid into a savings account. 

My "old gran" said that all savings boxes should be given with a first contribution for luck . 

It measures 7 inches(18 cm high) and weighs nearly 700 gramms.
