We endevour to package all our gift items so that they arrive in pristine condition but sometimes the postal systems wreck havoc.
If your purchase arrives damaged or in any way defective then we will of course replace it free of charge.
You must email us to let us know about the problem and if we ask please send it back to us with the original packaging and we will refund the postage.
Please do not send it back without emailing us first.
Under the UK distance selling regulations you have 14 days to change your mind and return it AT YOUR OWN EXPENCE.
